Return and shipping policy

We will only accept returns when the product is defective, and the customer must contact us within 5 working days after receiving the product. Prior authorization must be obtained before any return. Returns are only allowed if the product is unused/unused and all labels, labels and original packaging are in place. The customer will be responsible for returning the shipping cost of the product, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

If the product returned after inspection is found to be defective, we will replace the product for the customer free of charge. If the product is found to be non-defective, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product to the customer.

Import Tax

Our product prices or shipping costs do not include any import duties, taxes and other fees. The customer is responsible for these additional charges applicable in their country/region.

Shopping policy

The minimum order amount is CAD 10.

If the product must be resent, the customer is responsible for providing us with the correct shipping information, and the customer will be responsible for paying the second shipping fee. Once the unclaimed product is shipped, we will not refund the shipping cost and will not be responsible for irresponsible products.

We reserve the right to change our returns, import taxes and shipping policies at any time.
